I recently had another wonderful stay at the hotel and I must say, their attention to detail is commendable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by Leona, who remembered us from our previous visit. It was such a nice gesture and instantly made us feel welcome. The staff at this hotel are always friendly and cheerful, which creates a pleasant and hassle-free experience.

Everything was satisfactory and there's not much that could be improved upon.

This hotel is a great value for money, especially considering its proximity to the airport. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is noticeable. The location is in quite a nice area, offering a peaceful and relaxing environment. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms are equipped with very good beds, providing a comfortable and restful sleep. The breakfast is also enjoyable, with a variety of options to choose from.

All was more than satisfactory, nothing to improve.

Had to pay £12.00 for parking. The food was very poor, the lasagna was microwaved. The staff on duty when we left very early in the morning needs a customer care training course.

Frantic reception area at check in (7.00 P.m ish) and food in thyme. (Risotto was the worst I have ever tasted)

the location was great, just a short bus ride away from the terminal. the hotel had a restaurant where the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our dining experience enjoyable. the room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. the breakfast had a decent variety of options, and the bar area even had a pool table. a convenient and pleasant stay.

With a convenient city bus and a shuttle service available, transportation is not a hassle at all. The staff at this hotel is exceptional, providing excellent service and attention to detail. They even offer discounted shuttle tickets to save some money. The location of this hotel is fantastic, situated in a nice area with easy access to Terminal 5.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were wonderful and there is nothing to complain about.

Room facilities were comfortable and clean. Restaurants offer good food and facilities. the hotel's location was convenient.

Customer service was not helpful or accommodating. I asked if I could switch rooms to be closer to my partner and was told it was not possible, even though the hotel was not full.

Everything was just perfect. Cosy pillows, grab-n-go breakfast in the morning. Everything was clean and new.

The first person on the reception I talked to did not tell me about the grab-n-go breakfast and told me that I did not have any opportunity to eat at the hotel in the morning (I paid for the breakfast but was unable to attend due to early leave). After the second time I came down, the problem was solved (after I talked to another person).
